I think what Emma is saying here is, "I'm smiling! I'm smiling! Take the picture already so I can go get some candy!"

We barely made it down one street before Emma said she was done. When I asked her why she didn't want any more candy she said, "because if I get too much it might make me sick!" Wow. I wish I had that will power! So home we went...
